By signing and dating this "Membership Form" all members, individuals, family, lifetime or otherwise, do hereby release and forever discharge the Mon-Dak Quarter Horse Association and it's Board of Directors, officers, committee members, appointed positions, clinicians, and the like from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of actions or suits, at law or in equity, of whatsoever kind of nature incurred resulting from such members participating in events sponsored by the Mon-Dak Quarter Horse Association to include any and all rented, leased, or otherwise use of land, buildings, arenas, equipment, etc. to include owners and their affiliates to such land, buildings, arenas, equipment, etc...

All members, individuals, family, lifetime, auditors, or otherwise, do hereby understand that all areas of equine activities are subject to the Equine Inherent Risk Law. By your presence at any Mon-Dak Quarter Horse Association activities and/or events you are indicating that you have accepted the limits of liability resulting from inherent risks of equine activities. Which means all persons attending any Mon-Dak Quarter Horse Association activity and/or event will be regarded as participants and limited by the INHERENT RISK LAW.
