As the Board of Directors for the Mon-Dak Quarter Horse Association we hold monthly meetings on the second Monday of each month. Under Roberts Rule of Orders non-board members are not allowed to attend the meeting but are permitted a 15 minute time slot to discuss anything that they might see fit.
